Yes, participants can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts for consideration. However, each abstract must be submitted separately and will be reviewed individually. Two can be presented as oral presentations and one must be a poster presentation.

Please note presenters have to register only after receiving acknowledgement information with an official acceptance letter from the Conference Program Manager.

Yes, on-site registration will be available only for Listener/Delegate. However, we encourage early registration to secure your spot and take advantage of lower rates. You may need an entry pass to the university, so submit your on-site registration form on the website by February 01, 2024.
