Guidelines and Procedures for Conference Participation

Registration and Check-in:

Please ensure that you have completed the registration process prior to the conference. On the day of the event, arrive at the designated check-in area to collect your conference materials, including badges, program schedules, and any other relevant documentation.

Adherence to Schedule:

The conference will adhere strictly to the published schedule. It is essential to be punctual and attend sessions promptly as per the agenda. Plan your time accordingly to make the most out of the conference experience.

Questions and Engagement:

After each presentation, there will be opportunities to ask questions and engage in discussions. Kindly wait for your turn to speak, and keep your questions concise and relevant to the topic being presented. Show respect for different viewpoints and encourage constructive dialogue.

Mobile Devices and Electronics:

During sessions, please ensure that your mobile devices are set to silent mode or turned off to minimize disruptions. Refrain from using electronic devices for personal activities that may distract you or others from the conference proceedings.

Respect Venue Policies:

Respect the policies and regulations of the conference venue. Ensure that you follow any rules regarding food and beverage consumption, smoking areas, and general conduct within the premises.

Follow Health and Safety Guidelines:

Comply with any health and safety guidelines set forth by the conference organizers or venue. This may include adhering to social distancing measures, wearing masks when necessary, and practicing good hygiene by frequently washing hands or using hand sanitizers provided.

    This session covers advances in solid-state catalysts, surface interactions, support effects, and industrial applications. Emphasis will be placed on understanding structure–activity relationships and developing catalysts for sustainable, high-performance processes.

                          Abstract Review Process & Guidelines

                          The 7th International Summit on Catalysis & Chemical Engineering – Chemical Catalyst 2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scientific excellence. Our rigorous abstract review process ensures that only the most innovative and impactful research is presented at the conference.

                          Submission Guidelines

                          • Original Research: All abstracts must represent original research that has not been previously published or presented.
                          • Format: Abstracts should be submitted in English and adhere to the specified format, including a concise title, list of authors, affiliations, and a summary of the research (maximum 300 words). Please follow abstract submission template strictly.
                          • Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted before October 31, 2024.

                          Initial Screening

                          Upon submission, each abstract undergoes an initial screening by the conference organizing committee to ensure it meets the submission guidelines and relevance to the conference themes.

                          Evaluation Criteria

                          • Scientific Merit: The quality and originality of the research.
                          • Relevance: The relevance of the research to the conference themes and its potential impact on the field.
                          • Clarity: The clarity of the abstract, including the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
                          • Innovation: The novelty and innovativeness of the research.

                          Peer Review:

                          Abstracts passing the initial screening are then subjected to a double-blind peer review process. Each abstract is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field, selected for their knowledge and expertise in the relevant subject area.

                          Decision

                          Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the organizing committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of abstracts. Authors will be notified of the decision with in 7-10 days of submission.

                          Presentation

                          Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation during the conference. Presenting authors are required to register for the conference and adhere to the presentation guidelines provided upon acceptance.

                          How can I submit an abstract?

                          Abstracts can be submitted through our online submission portal. Please ensure you follow the submission guidelines and adhere to the specified format and deadline. Visit the Abstract submission page.

                          When will I be notified about the acceptance of my abstract?

                          Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts within 7-10 days of submission.

                          Can I present more than one abstract?

                          Yes, participants can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts for consideration. However, each abstract must be submitted separately and will be reviewed individually. Two can be presented as oral presentations and one must be a poster presentation.

                          When will I have to proceed for registration?

                          Please note presenters have to register only after receiving acknowledgement information with an official acceptance letter from the Conference Program Manager.
